Have you ever looked back five or six years to see some things you wrote down and posted and just felt like cringing? I just had one of those moments. I have not visited this blog in a long while, and I’m not super thrilled with some of those old posts. But I’m going to leave them. Life is a journey, right? And I’m going to live in the happiness of the effort, even if the end result leaves me feeling like I’d be okay if the floor swallowed me up.

On to new ventures…I am completing the process of becoming a cottage baker by getting licensed through Washington State. I have big plans for my cottage bakery, but I will most likely start by reaching out through social media to let my community know about my products attainable through porch pickup.
